February 2, 2024 - 18 colleagues from the S&T Diplomatic Circle Shanghai gathered together to join our year-starting event organized by the Brazilian Consulate General, where we discussed our 2024 plans and received a briefing on “Overview of important tech issues driving diplomacy in 2024” from Mr. Tom Nunlist of Trivium.
