January 13, 2021 - The S&TDC Shanghai held its fourth Coordination Meeting, held in virtual format. 81 activities were collected, 22 countries handed in their votes and 28 members met to discuss the program. The result was a shortlist of 14 top-voted activities. This list was then discussed in the virtual plenum. Because the overall process is very transparent, it was possible to agree on the final 11 activities very quickly. The activities for 2021 include major players in the fields of 5G, AI, big data, e-gaming, EVs, Fintech, ICT, neuroscience, semiconductor, and social media. The new program raises hopes that 2021 will be another year full of exciting encounters!
